Notes: It is possible that this person is the same William Fysh who married
Jane Singleton on 25 August 1833 at All Saints, Kings Lynn. They lived
and produced a family in Kings Lynn during 1841 -
1861 according to
the census returns during those years.
He was a mariner, later described as merchant seaman.
His age, however, is inconsistently given from one census to another,
allowing only the conclusion that he was born between 1801 and 1811.

Notes: It seems to me likely that this person is the same Charles Fysh who married
Jane Wilson in 1830 at Lynn St. Margarets. They were producing a family in
Kings Lynn during the years 1841 and 1861, according to the census returns
during those years.
For this argument is the fact that a Charles Fysh was one of the witnesses
to the marriage of Robert Johnson Fysh in the same church in 1832.
Against this argument is the fact that the age of Charles Fysh given in the
relevant census returns is always consistent with a birth date of 1810/11.
