John Francis Fysh 1 grocer and draper of Perkin Field, Terrington St Clement, Norfolk 2 born 26 November 1818, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire 3 died 2 December 1901 4 will dated 30 November 1897 and proved 1903, to Springwell Hawkins Fysh and Kate Lelia Fysh Notes: Information for this family from the 1851, 1861 cenus and 1881 census returns; an abstract of the will of John Francis Fysh from the Fysh collection in the Norfolk Family History Society's Library; and information from the Fysh family tree drawn up by Kathleen Christmas and provided by Mark Fysh of Pretoria. John Francis Fysh, Springwell's eldest son returned for a time to King's Lynn, perhaps as an apprentice. About 1861 he acquired the Marshland Stores at Terrington St Clement.
