Notes:
In both marriage register entries, her own in Utrecht and that of her
husband's second marriage at Werkhoven, her name is stated to
have been Maria Ariens. Much later, in the will drawn up in 1705
by Marten van Staden and his second wife and also in the document
waiving his rights in his maternal inheritance drawn up by her son
Marthinus in 1707, she is named as Maria Ernst van Amerongen.
