Transporten en Schepenkennis, Vol 19 (Cape Deeds Office)
24.3.1696, pp.44(verso)-45(verso): Maria from Bengal (27/28), manumitted
together with her three children Anthony (4), Jacobus (1), Susanna (2)
by Jan Coenraad Visscher. The deed was to take effect on Visser's death
and Maria was to be allowed to take her possesions, kist and clothes out
of the estate.
