 Notes: Nell was in the WAFS, she smoked Black Cat cigarettes, always seemed cheerful Raised by Granny Sarah Earl as one of her own. Step brothers & sister Gerald, Terrence and Beryl Bridges. Avril her daughter was adopted and taken to London by Mrs Burli ngham of the jewelers in King's Lynn and Elsie Wakefield. Edward is her 2nd child, father believed to be an american but nobody knows. Nell was cook at German's shop for a short time. Buried next to Tabraham in Hardwick cemetary.

 Notes: Avril was born out of wedlock and as far as can be ascertained, was privately adopted and taken to live in London. No other information known. Avril had dark hair. She was taken to London by Mrs Burlingham(the jewellers) and Elsie Wakefield and ha nded over at the railway station to a well-to-do couple. As related by my mother.
