Warnar van den Brink
born circa 1678 1
 | Notes: | In the 1719 Opgaaf returns he appears with a wife and one daughter, in 1723 with no wife and one daughter. Since there is an inventory drawn up in his name, dated July 1723, I presume that this was drawn up after the death of his wife, although she is neither named nor mentioned in this inventory.
He signed the inventory as one of the heirs of Maria van Staden on 12th July, 1723, I have assumed on behalf of his daughter, who is named as one of the heirs.
The latest date I have found him mentioned is 25th September 1725 when the Council of Policy granted his request that he be relieved of his duties as Lieutenant of the Burger Dragoons due to his still being incapacitated.
In January 1727 he was still on the Weeskamer books as a stakeholder for f.293:5:- His daughter Johanna Maria van den Brink was also on the books as worth f.4506:13:-. (MOOC 18/4) |

married circa 1716 2
( Although I have not yet found any record of a marriage, this couple is listed as the witnesses to the baptism on 19 September 1717 of Dorothea Coetser, daughter of Cornelia Helmes and in the 1719 Opgaaf returns he appears with a wife (unnamed) and one daughter, in 1723 with no wife and one daughter)
