# The parents of Catharina Olivier

The witness to the baptism of her first child, at
Drakenstein 1727, was Anna van der Weij, and
to her third child, Steven Foche & Maria Olivier.
If this identification is correct the first would be
her mother and the second her sister.

She and her husband Arnoldus Basson, were
the witnesses at the baptism of the first child,
Philip Arnoldus, of Johannes Olivier and his
wife Cecilia du Pres in 1731. Johannes would
be her brother if this identification is correct.

The inventory drawn up after her husband's
death in 1742 was done by Johannes Olivier,
Joost Bevernagie and Dirk Crafford. The first
would be her brother and the second her
stepfather.
