Antonetta Campher 1 born at the Cape 2 died after 1740 3 Notes: The reconstruction of her families are based on the inventory of the estate of Arij van Wijk (1731), the Estate Distribution Accounts of her son, Willem van Wijk Ariesz. who died without leaving children in 1774, her daughter Maria van der Swaan's will of 1740 and also the Stellenbosch church records. see my notes. In the opgaaf of 1738 she is listed in the Drakenstein district, as being on her own, with three sons and three daughters, 40 cattle, 100 sheep and some grain, presumably still farming in a small way, or perhaps livining with a son or daughter.

Roeloff van Wijk 20 born 1723 born 1723 21 baptized 2 May 1723, Cape Town 22 Notes: Not mentioned as an heir in Willem van Wijk's Estate Accounts of 1775, he must have died somewhere between 1731 and 1775, most likely perhaps as a child, but at any rate, without leaving heirs still living in 1775. There is a death notification for 1770, Roggeveld Roeloff van Wyk Arijsz Maart 5 Landbouwer so perhaps this is he? Jacoba van Wijk born 1725 baptized 4 February 1725, Cape Town  married Jan Meintjes van den Berg 23 died circa 1764 Anna van Wijk 24 born 1725 born 1725 25 baptized 4 February 1725, Cape Town 26 Notes: Anna and Jacoba are described as twins in the baptismal register. She is not mentioned as an heir in Willem van Wijk's Estate Accounts of 1775, she must have died somewhere between 1731 and 1775, most likely perhaps as a child, but at any rate, without leaving heirs still living in 1775. Lijsbeth van Wijk 1727-before 1775 born 1727 baptized 27 April 1727, Cape Town died before 1775  married 12 November 1752 Tulbagh Harmanus Louw 27 died before 1775 Maria van Wijk 1729-before 1731 born 1729 28 baptized 9 October 1729, Cape Town 29 died before September 1731 Notes: She is not mentioned in the the inventory drawn up on 25th September 1731 after the death of her father and had presumably died before that date.
